D. Myers Taps Industry Veteran For New Position
Ronn Miller will Serve as Director of First Cost Division

BALTIMORE (August 15, 2008)—D. Myers & Sons Inc. has appointed retail veteran Ronn Miller as the director of the company’s new first cost division. Miller brings 40 years of experience in retail and wholesale of women’s footwear to the importer and distributor. Most recently he served as executive vice president at Gloria International Inc. There he was responsible for product development, sales and marketing for the first cost private label volume business.

He previously owned and operated a chain of stores in Pennsylvania, as well as worked in sales and operations for Bellini Imports, G.H. Bass and Wolverine World Wide, among others.

“Ronn knows all of the players in the volume women’s shoe business throughout the country, and he has aggressive and innovative plans to establish D.
