“The partnership with Fashion Lab heralds a new chapter in our international development,” says Strutt Couture CEO Ian O’Connor. “To find a distribution partner that understands your brand and is as enthusiastic about it as yourself is a very rare commodity. In Fashion Laboratory, I am delighted to say we have found that partner.”

The partnership will benefit both companies as Strutt Couture’s “exclusive and luxurious design ethos is the perfect affiliation with Fashion Laboratory’s strong identity of premier footwear and accessories brands,” a release says. Currently, Strutt Couture is available in specialty footwear shops throughout the Middle East, Russia and Europe, as well as major British department stores including Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.

“Strutt Couture is a great addition to our current family of designer brands, allowing us to offer our customers an even wider lifestyle reach,” says Fashion Laboratory’s Phil Zwibel. “Strutt is more edgy, more ‘in your face’ than our current offering.”

This fall, customers can look forward to a collection inspired by art, design and culture from the mid 20th century. In addition, ideas born from the fetish cultures of the ’40s and ’50s blend together with ’60s Pop Art influences for the new line.

A favorite of such British starlets as Sienna Miller, Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham, the brand is currently focusing on deep purples and classic black and gray for their leather, suede and patent uppers.
