WSA And The Two Ten Foundation Join Forces
New Relief Program Will Benefit Non-Profit

ENCINO, Calif.—The WSA Show has announced a collaborative program donating a percentage of show profits to the Two Ten Foundation. To celebrate its 62nd anniversary, WSA will contribute $62 for every brand buying space in the August 2009 show. Pam Baffo, director of The WSA Show, said, “We thought it would be a good time to return to our roots and work together in these tough times. This is our opportunity to work together to rebuild a strong show and together contribute to the industry’s foundation. The program allows footwear companies that would already be participating in the show contribute to Two Ten. And hopefully it will encourage new exhibitors as well.”

The Two Ten Foundation, formed during the Great Depression and currently celebrating its 70th Anniversary, provides relief services and assistance to those working in the footwear, leather and allied industries, and their immediate family members. It provides community-building opportunities for its members to give back to the communities in which they do business. The foundation also offers higher education and footwear design scholarships.
