Step by Sloan's Charlotte, N.C. boutique

After finding success with Sloan, a clothing boutique in Charlotte, N.C., Courtney Sloan, Jill Sloan Pleune and Daniel Mauney opened Step by Sloan six years ago to add designer shoes and accessories to the mix.
