Custom insoles can be a lucrative profit center for shoe retailers, but who has the time to deal with molding, gluing and grinding? Now, with microwavable Zapz, retailers can make custom molded insoles in less than 15 minutes with just the touch of a button and a snip of their scissors.

From Masterfit Enterprises, Zapz are the only aftermarket insoles that combine the ease of scissor-fit products with the foot stabilization and molding features of expensive custom orthotics. Patented InstaForm molding gel is sandwiched in the arch between two layers of multi-density EVA, which gives Zapz their unique ability to shape precisely to the foot.

Zapz can be made in-store by fit professionals and are also approved for customer do-it-yourself molding. The suggested retail range is $59 to $79.
